Paris Manio received a Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry from San Francisco State University and a certification as an Integrative Nutritional Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. She has experience in integrative nutrition, holistic health, herbalism, botany, mycology, Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine, biochemistry, and organic chemistry. Paris strives to support the well-being of others through education and collaboration. During her free time, she prefers to unwind with friends, family, and her cat, Luna Moo.  She also enjoys practicing yoga and gymnastics, listening to music, cooking and baking, traveling, crocheting, and tending to her organic and hydroponic gardens.
