A Very Merry Cranberry Vinaigrette

    The perfect accompaniment to the holiday salad, the time has come for this tiny, yet mighty cranberry to take center stage at the holiday table.


  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1/3 cup fresh, or thawed from frozen cranberries
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 shallot clove, minced
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon fresh ground pepper
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Pinch dried thyme (optional)
  • Add all ingredients to list

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
