Turkey, Cream Cheese, Cranberry and Walnut Wrap

    Move over turkey sandwich, there’s a new post-Thanksgiving recipe on the scene—and that’s a wrap!


  • 2.5 cups cooked turkey (1-pound) chopped
  • 2 ounces cream cheese
  • ¼ cup + 2 tablespoons (6 tablespoons) cranberry sauce
  • ½ cup chopped apple
  • ¼ cup walnuts roughly chopped
  • ¼ cup red onion diced
  • ¼ cup bleu cheese (optional) crumbled
  • Salt, to taste
  • 1 head Romaine lettuce torn into individual leaves
  • Add all ingredients to list

  1. Gently combine all ingredients, except lettuce, in a medium mixing bowl.
  2. Spoon mixture into individual lettuce leaves and serve immediately.
