Sharon is an accredited Nutritional Health Coach at Natural Grocers, Reno, NV. She’s invested about 11 years into studying nutrition and health, 4 of those years dedicated to earning a Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Science at the University of Nevada, Reno. Sharon follows a holistic approach towards health because, in her words, “we are not only physical beings, but we are also mental, emotional, and spiritual beings.” She is dedicated to helping others discover their healing through natural methods and is adamant about practicing what she preaches. During her off time, Sharon enjoys regenerative gardening, composting, drawing, practicing yoga, and hiking.
